memory_amountINTEGERNOT NULLRAM amount (MiB) reported by the vendor.
memory_amount_actualINTEGERActual RAM amount (MiB) measured on the instance via lstopo or other tool. This amount might not match the vendor-reported memory due to the BIOS or the hypervisor reserving a small percentage.
memory_generationENUMGeneration of the DDR SDRAM, e.g. DDR4 or DDR5. See DdrGeneration for the possible values.
memory_speedINTEGERDDR SDRAM clock rate (Mhz).
memory_eccBOOLIf the DDR SDRAM uses error correction code to detect and correct n-bit data corruption.
gpu_countFLOATNOT NULLNumber of GPU accelerator(s).
gpu_memory_minINTEGERMemory (MiB) allocated to the lowest-end GPU accelerator.
gpu_memory_totalINTEGEROverall memory (MiB) allocated to all the GPU accelerator(s).

RETIREDNot orderable anymore, but prices may still exist (e.g. active multi-year contracts). Only valid for Server and Database.
